Purpose: Mark if there were any unresolved issues within the scope of the current Control Point report.
The following options are enabled when Yes is selected:
- CDR selector: Note that there was a CDR within the scope of the current Control Point report.
- NCR selector: Note that there was an NCR within the scope of the current Control Point report.
- Punch List selector: Note that there was a punch list item within the scope of the current Control Point report.
- New selector: Note if the unresolved issue was new.
- New Issue Description text box: Enter notes about the unresolved issues.
- Pre-existing selector: Select if the unresolved issue was pre-existing.
- CDR, NCR, or Punch List # text box: Enter the ID of the unresolved issue.
