Control Point: Unresolved Issues Yes/No buttons

Purpose: Mark if there were any unresolved issues within the scope of the current Control Point report.

The following options are enabled when Yes is selected:

  • CDR selector: Note that there was a CDR within the scope of the current Control Point report.
  • NCR selector: Note that there was an NCR within the scope of the current Control Point report.
  • Punch List selector: Note that there was a punch list item within the scope of the current Control Point report.
  • New selector: Note if the unresolved issue was new.
  • New Issue Description text box: Enter notes about the unresolved issues.
  • Pre-existing selector: Select if the unresolved issue was pre-existing. 
  • CDR, NCR, or Punch List # text box: Enter the ID of the unresolved issue.
