The main filters are accessible by selecting the Filter button in the top left corner to open the Filter sidebar. In the Filter sidebar, you will see a list of filters you can utilize as well as a Refresh Dashboard button.
1. Inspector Filter: Filter the shown reports by the inspectors that have created the report, have last edited the report, or have been assigned to the report. (This will be selected in the Inspector Field drop-down filter.)
a. Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any selected inspectors that have been applied.
b. Inspectors Search Bar: Search for a specific inspector.
c. Inspectors Selector section: Select or deselect inspectors or Unfilter.
d. Cancel button: Cancel the filter that you are in and exit the pop-up.
2. Inspector Field: Select how the Inspector Filter will be applied.
a. Created/Last Edited/Assigned: If the inspector was the one that created, last edited, or was assigned to a report, that report will show.
b. Created/Last Edited: If the inspector was the one that created or last edited a report, that report will show.
c. Created: If the inspector was the one that created a report, that report will show.
d. Last Edited: If the inspector was the one that last edited a report, that report will show.
e. Assigned: If the inspector was assigned to a report, that report will show.
3. Date Filter: Filter the reports shown in the report section based on date.
a. Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any date filters that have been applied.
b. Date Field: Select what date field you are filtering by.
c. Days section: Filter by a set number of days.
i. Number of Days or Year drop-down: Select what days or year you want to see.
ii. Sort Order: Select Newest First or Oldest First.
d. Date section: Set a date range.
i. Start Date selector: Select the start date for your query.
ii. End Date selector: Select the end date for your query.
e. Cancel button: Cancel the filter that you are in and exit the pop-up.
f. Apply button: Apply your filter to the map.
4. Maximum Items Filter: Set the maximum number of reports shown in a module column.
a. Maximum Items drop-down: Show a range of maximum reports shown number.
5. Status Filter: Filter the reports shown in the report section based on the status of the report.
a. Status Filter drop-down: Show a list of statuses you may select to filter your reports.
6. Pay Item Filter: Filter the reports in the report section based on the pay items assigned.
a. Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any selected pay item filters that have been applied.
b. Pay Item Search Bar: Search for a specific pay item.
c. Pay Item Selector section: Select or deselect pay items or Unfiltered, No Pay Item, or Has Pay Item.
d. Cancel button: Cancel the filter that you are in and exit the pop-up.
e. Accept button: Apply your filter to the map.
7. Tag Category Filter: Filter the reports in the report section based on the tag category of any tags assigned.
a. Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any selected tag category filters that have been applied.
b. Tag Category Search Bar: Search for a specific tag category.
c. Tag Category Selector section: Select or deselect tag categories or Unfilter.
d. Cancel button: Cancel the filter that you are in and exit the pop-up.
8. Tag Filters: Filter the reports in the report section based on the tags assigned to the reports.
a. Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any selected tag filters that have been applied.
b. Tags Search Bar: Search for a specific tag.
c. Tags Selector section: Select or deselect tags or Unfilter.
d. Cancel button: Cancel the filter that you are in and exit the pop-up.
