Help CenterModule Filters
Purpose: Filter the specific modules further to gain more specific report results.
1. Status Filter: Filter the reports shown by the status of the report (Closed, Reopened, Archived, Editing, Submitted, Approved, Denied).
a. This filter is available in the Earthworks, Asphalt, Concrete, and Inspection columns.
2. Material Section Filter: Filter the reports shown by the material section of the reports.
a. This filter is available in the Earthworks column.
3. Material Source Filter: Filter the reports shown by the material source of the reports.
a. This filter is available in the Earthworks column.
4. Placement Type Filter: Filter the reports shown by the placement type of the reports.
a. This filter is available in the Concrete column.
5. Mix Design Filter: Filter the reports shown by the mix design of the reports.
a. This filter is available in the Concrete column.
6. Work Type Filter: Filter the reports shown by the work type of the reports.
a. This filter is available in the Inspection column.
Report Tiles
Purpose: Each of the report tiles shows report information based on the report module and what has been entered in the report.
- If you select one of these tiles, you will be taken to the corresponding report.
- Each report tile has a Pay Item selector. Once selected, the Pay Item selector will allow you to edit what pay items are assigned to an individual report, regardless of pay item group.
