Note: Only reviewers are able to deny an Earthworks report.
1. Enter the Earthworks report you want to deny.
2. Type the reason why you want to deny the report in the Reviewer Comments text box in the middle of the page.
Note: You will not be able to deny the report unless you enter in the reviewer comments.
3. Click the Deny button located on the left side of the page. A pop-up will appear telling you that the lot and tests have been reopened.
4. Click the OK button. The app will close the report page and deny the report.
Note: A denied report is able to be edited and re-closed later.
Note: Depending on the project settings, you may get the option to send an email to the user who created the denied report to notify them it was denied.
