Earthworks: Lot Info section

Date selector

Purpose: Choose the date the work was done for the current report.

Note: You will only be able to select a date as far back as the beginning of the project and as far ahead as one day in the future.

Inspector selector

Purpose: Reassign the Inspection report to another inspector.

• Inspector Selection button: Open the Select Inspector pop-up.
• • Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any selected inspectors that have been applied.
  • Select Inspector Search Bar: Search for a specific inspector.
  • Inspector Selector section: Select or deselect inspectors.
  • Cancel button: Cancel the selection that you have and exit the pop-up.
  • Accept button: Accept your inspector selection and send your report to that inspector.

Note: Once inspected, the app will send the report to the separate user as well as pull up an email for you to send to notify the user that the report has been sent to them.

Contractor section

Purpose: Select the contractor you are working with for the current report.

• Edit button: Manually type out the name of the contractor.

Material Requirements section

Purpose: Select the material you are working with for the current report.

Proctor section

Purpose: Select the proctor you are working with from a list of pre-populated proctors.

Note: If you do not see the proctor you are working with, contact your CIMS Lead to get the proctor populated into the app.

Manual Proctor section

Purpose: Manually enter the proctor you are working with for the current report.

• Yes/No buttons: Select if you are or are not entering a manual proctor.
• Proctor Value numeric text box: Enter the proctor value.
• Optimum Moisture numeric text box: Enter the optimum moisture.
• T99/T180 buttons: Select if the proctor is a T99 or a T180.
• Material Source section: Select what material source is applicable to the manual proctor you are entering.
  • Edit button: Manually type out the name of the material source applicable to the manual proctor you are entering.
• Material Override Notes section: Enter the reason you are using the manual proctor.

Lift Thickness section

Purpose: Show how thick the lift is in inches.

Note: The Lift Thickness section is automatically populated based on the material section you have selected.

Test Depth section

Purpose: Enter the test depth for the current report.

Lot % Compaction section

Purpose: Show the lot percent compaction.

Note: The lot percent compaction is automatically populated once you enter the test results for your density tests.

Lot Lineal FT, Lot Area SQ FT, Lot Area SQ YD, and Lot Volume CU YD text boxes

Purpose: Show sizing information for geometries created in conjunction with this report.
