Enter Punch List report data and submit report

1. Verify the placement information is accurate.

2. Enter any necessary tags.

3. Enter data into your description.

4. Fill out any required questions.

5. Add any media required.

a. At this point, the rest of the Punch List report can be completed later.

6. Once there is an update to the Punch List, you will enter information about said update into the Status Update text box.

7. Fill out any required questions.

8. Add any media required.

9. Once the Punch List has been completed, fill out the QC Rep name drop-down and the QA Rep name drop-down and signature box.

a. Doing so will enable the Submit For Review button.

10. Once you have entered all data in your report, click the Submit For Review button. This will submit your report for your assigned reviewer to review. Doing this will lock your report so no data can be edited. If the reviewer determines that there are issues or missing data in your report, they will deny the report, which unlocks it and allows you to fix any missing or incorrect data. Once you have completed the fix, you may submit the report for review again. This process will continue until the reviewer approves the report.
