Purpose: Select if there was a Control Point report performed in conjunction with the current Inspection report.
CP# from CIMS app text box
Purpose: Enter the associated Control Point ID.
Testing or Sampling Performed This Day text box
Purpose: Enter information about testing that was performed in the scope of the current Inspection report.
Suggested Inspection Items text box
Purpose: Enter information about inspection items that were performed in the scope of the current Inspection report.
Verbal Instructions section
- Verbal Instructions Received text box: Enter any verbal instructions you were given.
- Verbal Instructions Given text box: Enter any verbal instructions you gave.
Associated MOT (Maintenance of Traffic) text box
Purpose: Enter any notes on the MOT that was performed in the scope of the current Inspection report.
Unresolved Issues Yes/No buttons
Purpose: Mark if there were any unresolved issues within the scope of the current Inspection report.
The following options are enabled when Yes is selected:
- CDR selector: Note that there was a CDR within the scope of the current Inspection report.
- NCR selector: Note that there was an NCR within the scope of the current Inspection report.
- Punch List selector: Note that there was a punch list item within the scope of the current Inspection report.
- New selector: Note if the unresolved issue was new.
- New Issue Description text box: Enter notes about the unresolved issues.
- Pre-existing selector: Select if the unresolved issue was pre-existing.
- CDR, NCR, or Punch List # text box: Enter the ID of the unresolved issue.
Engineering Judgment section
- Engineering Judgment Yes/No buttons: Note if there was an engineering judgment item.
- Item text drop-down: Select the type of engineering judgment exercised.
- Engineering Judgment text box: Enter notes about the engineering judgment exercised.
