Map: Filters

1. Feature ID Filter: Filter the reports shown on the map by a specific text string.

a. Steps to utilize:

i. Select the Feature ID Filter and enter a string of characters that you want to filter for. (Example: ARD-0011. This would be useful when finding a specific report.)

ii. Click the Search button.

iii. Note that the reports shown are filtered by that string.

2. Geometry Filter: Filter the report test points by a certain distance away from the center black crosshair.

a. Steps to utilize:

i. Select the distance in the Geometry Filter.

ii. Note that the report test points are filtered based on their distance from the black crosshair.

3. Alignment Filter: Filter the reports by the alignment they are assigned to.

a. Steps to utilize:

i. Select the alignment you would like to filter by from the drop-down.

ii. Click the Search button.

iii. Note that the reports are filtered by the alignment selected.

4. Inspector Filter and Inspector Field drop-down

a. Inspector Filter: Filter the shown reports by the inspectors that have created the report, last edited the report, or have been assigned to the report. (This will be selected in the Inspector Field drop-down.)

i. Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any selected inspectors that have been applied.

ii. Inspectors Search Bar: Search for a specific inspector.

iii. Inspectors Selector section: Select or deselect inspectors or Unfilter.

iv. Cancel button: Cancel the filter that you are in and exit the pop-up.

b. Inspector Field drop-down: Select how the Inspector Filter will be applied. 

i. Created/Last Edited/Assigned: If the inspector was the one that created, last edited, or was assigned to a report, that report will show.

ii. Created/Last Edited: If the inspector was the one that created or last edited a report, that report will show.

iii. Created: If the inspector was the one that created a report, that report will show.

iv. Last Edited: If the inspector was the one that last edited a report, that report will show.

v. Assigned: If the inspector was assigned to a report, that report will show.

c. Steps to utilize:

i. Select the inspector(s) you would like to filter the map by.

ii. Select the search bar and note the filtered map.

iii. Select the Inspector Field that you would like to filter the map by.

iv. Select the search bar and note the filtered map.

5. Status Filter: Filter the reports shown based on the status of the report.

a. Steps to utilize:

i. Select the Status Filter drop-down.

ii. Select the status you would like to filter by (Open, Closed, Reopened, etc.).

iii. Note that the reports are filtered by the status selected.

6. Pay Item Filter: Filter the reports shown based on the pay items assigned.

a. Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any selected pay item filters that have been applied.

b. Pay Item Search Bar: Search for a specific pay item.

c. Pay Item Selector section: Select or deselect pay items or Unfiltered, No Pay Item, or Has Pay Item.

d. Cancel button: Cancel the filter that you are in and exit the pop-up.

e. Accept button: Apply your filter to the map.

f. Steps to Utilize:

i. Select the Pay Item Filter and note the Select Pay Item pop-up.

ii. Search for the pay items you would like to filter by.

iii. Select the pay items you would like to filter by (you may select as many as desired).

iv. Click the Accept button.

v. Note that the reports are filtered by the selected pay items.

7. Tag Category Filter: Filter the reports shown based on the tag category of any tags assigned.

a. Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any selected tag category filters that have been applied.

b. Tag Category Search Bar: Search for a specific tag category.

c. Tag Category Selector section: Select or deselect tag categories or Unfilter.

d. Cancel button: Cancel the filter that you are in and exit the pop-up.

e. Steps to Utilize:

i. Select the Tag Category Filter.

ii. Search for the tag categories you would like to filter by.

iii. Select the tag categories you would like to filter by (you may select as many as desired).

iv. Click the Accept button.

v. Note that the reports are filtered by the selected tag categories.

8. Tag Filter: Filter the reports shown based on the tags assigned to the reports.

a. Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any selected tag filters that have been applied.

b. Tags Search Bar: Search for a specific tag.

c. Tags Selector section: Select or deselect tags or Unfilter.

d. Cancel button: Cancel the filter that you are in and exit the pop-up.

e. Steps to Utilize:

i. Select the Tag Filter.

ii. Search for the tags you would like to filter by.

iii. Select the tags you would like to filter by (you may select as many as desired).

iv. Click the Accept button.

v. Note that the reports are filtered by the selected tags.

9. Gauge Filter: Filter the reports shown based on the gauge number assigned to the report.

a. Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any selected gauge number filters that have been applied.

b. Gauge Number Search Bar: Search for a specific gauge number.

c. Gauge Number Selector section: Select or deselect gauge numbers or Unfilter.

d. Cancel button: Cancel the filter that you are in and exit the pop-up.

e. Steps to Utilize:

i. Select the Gauge Filter.

ii. Search for the gauge number you would like to filter by.

iii. Select the gauge number you would like to filter by (you may select as many as desired).

iv. Click the Accept button.

v. Note that the reports are filtered by the selected gauge number.

Note: This filter only appears in the Earthworks Module Map view.

10. Material Section Filter: Filter the reports shown based on the material section assigned to the report.

a. Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any selected material section filters that have been applied.

b. Material Section Search Bar: Search for a specific material section.

c. Material Section Selector section: Select or deselect material sections or Unfilter.

d. Cancel button: Cancel the filter that you are in and exit the pop-up.

e. Steps to Utilize:

i. Select the Material Section Filter.

ii. Search for the material section you would like to filter by.

iii. Select the material section you would like to filter by (you may select as many as desired).

iv. Click the Accept button.

v. Note that the reports are filtered by the selected material section.

Note: This filter only appears in the Earthworks Module Map view.

11. Material Source Filter: Filter the reports shown based on the material source assigned to the report.

a. Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any selected material source filters that have been applied.

b. Material Source Search Bar: Search for a specific material source.

c. Material Source Selector section: Select or deselect material sources or Unfilter.

d. Cancel button: Cancel the filter that you are in and exit the pop-up.

e. Steps to Utilize:

i. Select the Material Source Filter.

ii. Search for the material source you would like to filter by.

iii. Select the material source you would like to filter by (you may select as many as desired).

iv. Click the Accept button.

v. Note that the reports are filtered by the selected material source.

Note: This filter only appears in the Earthworks Module Map view.

12. Placement Type Filter: Filter the reports shown based on the placement types assigned to the report.

a. Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any selected placement type filters that have been applied.

b. Placement Type Search Bar: Search for a specific placement type.

c. Placement Type Selector section: Select or deselect placement types or Unfilter.

d. Cancel button: Cancel the filter that you are in and exit the pop-up.

e. Steps to Utilize:

i. Select the Placement Type Filter.

ii. Search for the placement types you would like to filter by.

iii. Select the placement types you would like to filter by (you may select as many as desired).

iv. Click the Accept button.

v. Note that the reports are filtered by the selected placement types.

Note: This filter only appears in the Asphalt and the Concrete Module Map view.

13. Mix Design Filter: Filter the reports shown based on the mix designs assigned to the report.

a. Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any selected mix design filters that have been applied.

b. Mix Design Search Bar: Search for a specific mix design.

c. Mix Design Selector section: Select or deselect mix designs or Unfilter.

d. Cancel button: Cancel the filter that you are in and exit the pop-up.

e. Steps to Utilize:

i. Select the Mix Design Filter.

ii. Search for the mix designs you would like to filter by.

iii. Select the mix designs you would like to filter by (you may select as many as desired).

iv. Click the Accept button.

v. Note that the reports are filtered by the selected mix designs.

Note: This filter only appears in the Asphalt and Concrete Module Map views.

14. Air Meter Filter: Filter the reports shown based on the air meters assigned to the report.

a. Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any selected air meter filters that have been applied.

b. Air Meter Search Bar: Search for a specific air meter.

c. Air Meter Selector section: Select or deselect air meters or Unfilter.

d. Cancel button: Cancel the filter that you are in and exit the pop-up.

e. Steps to Utilize:

i. Select the Air Meter Filter.

ii. Search for the air meters you would like to filter by.

iii. Select the air meters you would like to filter by (you may select as many as desired).

iv. Click the Accept button.

v. Note that the reports are filtered by the selected air meters.

Note: This filter only appears in the Concrete Module Map view.

15. Work Type Filter: Filter the reports shown based on the work types assigned to the report.

a. Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any selected work type filters that have been applied.

b. Work Type Search Bar: Search for a specific work type.

c. Work Type Selector section: Select or deselect work types or Unfilter.

d. Cancel button: Cancel the filter that you are in and exit the pop-up.

e. Steps to Utilize:

i. Select the Work Type Filter.

ii. Search for the work types you would like to filter by.

iii. Select the work types you would like to filter by (you may select as many as desired).

iv. Click the Accept button.

v. Note that the reports are filtered by the selected work types.

Note: This filter only appears in the Inspection, Control Point, and Punch List Module Map views.

16. Date Filter Filter: Filter the reports shown based on the date filters assigned to the report.

a. Unfilter button: Unfilter (reset) any selected date filters that have been applied.

b. Date Filter Search Bar: Search for a specific date filter.

c. Date Filter Selector section: Select or deselect date filters or Unfilter.

d. Cancel button: Cancel the filter that you are in and exit the pop-up.

e. Steps to Utilize:

i. Select the Date Filter Filter.

ii. Search for the date filters you would like to filter by.

iii. Select the date filters you would like to filter by (you may select as many as desired).

iv. Click the Accept button.

v. Note that the reports are filtered by the selected date filters.
