Set the date and equipment settings (by day)

1. Verify the date in the top right corner to make sure you have the correct date selected for the report you are creating.

2. To change the date, click on the magnifying glass button and select either one day into the future or each day the project has been in progress. 

Note: If there is a blue dot on a day in the calendar, that shows that there has been work done on that day within the app.

a. To select a previous month or year, click on the date/year in the top left corner of the calendar.

3. Fill out equipment settings for the density gauge or air meter.

a. Select the equipment you will be working on in the Equipment drop-down.

b. Fill out the relevant information for that equipment.

c. Click the Save button to save that information to all reports created after you set this information. The reports will have these equipment settings applied to them until you change the information settings again.
