Purpose: Show location and size data about your placements. Enter the Placement page and delete the placement.
- Start and End Station and Offset: Show the starting and ending offset of your placement.
- Lineal Feet, Area Square Feet, Area Square Yard, and Volume Cubic Yard section: Show size information about your placement.
- Use Manual Entry button: Manually change the size information about your placement.
- Copy Alignment to Tests button: Copy the start and end station and offset alignments to your tests.
- Assign Placements button: Go to the Assign Placement page.
- Delete Placement button: Delete the placement and all tests attached.
- Override section: Add in notes about why you should be able to close your report with errors present in the report that prevent closure.
Note: Once all override text boxes have data entered in them, you should be able to close the report even if there are issues present in the report that would otherwise prevent closure.
- Required Thickness (inches) text box: Enter the required thickness for your placement in inches.
- Placement Tons text box: Enter the actual placement tons for your placement.
- Contractor Name selector: Select the contractor you are working with for the current report.
- Edit Remarks button: Show the Remarks pop-up.
- Copy Remarks button: Copy the remarks you have entered in the Remarks text box.
- Paste Remarks button: Paste data into your remarks.
- Remarks text box: Show the Remarks pop-up.
- Remarks pop-up: Manually enter remarks into the text box.
- Cancel button: Cancel any information you have entered into the Remarks text box and close the Remarks pop-up.
- Accept button: Save any information you have entered into the Remarks text box and close the Remarks pop-up.
- Remarks pop-up: Manually enter remarks into the text box.
- Joints drop-down: Open the Joints section to allow for edits.
- Station and Offset section: Show the station, offset, and alignment information for the joint.
- Joint Size section: Show the lineal feet for your joint.
- Notes text box: Add notes about the joints.
- Joint/Cores drop-down: Open the Joint Cores section so it can be filled out.
- Joint/Cores Station and Offset section: Show the location of the joint core.
- Measured By drop-down: Show the name of the technician who measured the core.
- Measurement Date selector: Select the date that the core was measured on.
- Required Thickness (in) section: Enter the required thickness for your core in inches.
- Average Measured Thickness (in) section: Enter the average measured thickness for your core in inches.
- Difference (in) section: Show the difference in inches between the required thickness and the average measured thickness.
- Core Notes section: Enter any notes you may have about the core.
- Cores drop-down: Open the Cores section so it can be filled out.
- Cores Station and Offset section: Show the location of the joint core.
- Measured By drop-down: Show the name of the technician who measured the core.
- Measurement Date selector: Select the date that the core was measured on.
- Required Thickness (in) text box: Enter the required thickness for your cores in inches.
- Average Measured Thickness (in) text box: Enter the average measured thickness for your core in inches.
- Difference (in) section: Show the difference in inches between the required thickness and the average measured thickness.
- Core Notes section: Enter any notes you may have about the core.
- Test Set section: Enter your sample information.
- Delete button: Delete the current sample.
- Truck Number text box: Note the truck number for the sample.
- Sample at Quantity text box: Provide a completely random sample tonnage for you to take your sample at.
- Sampled Date selector: Select the date the sample took place.
- Sampled Time selector: Select the time the sample took place.
- Now button: Set the sampled date and time to the current date and time.
- Air Temp text box: Enter the air temperature at the time of the sample.
- Asphalt Temp text box: Enter the asphalt temperature at the time of sample.
- Technician drop-down: Show the name of the technician who took the sample.
- Notes text box: Enter any notes you may have about the sample.
- Override text box: Note why you are attempting to close the report regardless of errors encountered in the current sample.
