Fill out the Earthworks Lot Info section

1. Select your contractor through one of the following two ways:

a. Click the Search button to open a pop-up window with a list of all the contractors on your project.

i. Select the contractor you are working with.

ii. Click Accept.

b. Click the Manual Entry button (the pencil icon) to open a pop-up window where you can manually enter the name of the contractor that is missing from the pre-populated list.

i. Type in the name of the contractor you need.

iii. Click Accept.

2. Select the Material Requirement.

a. Click the Search button, which will open a pop-up window with a list of all Material Requirements on your project.

b. Select the Material Requirement you are working on.

c. Click Accept.

Note: There will be two types of Material Requirements: One with black text that does not include pre-populated proctors, and one with blue text that does include pre-populated proctors.

Note: The Material Requirements are how the app determines how many tests to automatically populate on your lot. It is important that you choose the correct Material Requirement for the work you are doing on this report.

3. Select/Enter the Proctor through one of two ways:

a. For material requirements that do not have pre-populated proctors:

i. Go to the Manual Proctor section.

ii. Select Yes.

iii. Enter the Proctor Value in the associated text box.

iv. Enter the Optimum Moisture in the associated text box.

v. Select if the report is a T99 or T180 by clicking the associated button.

vi. Select the Material Source through one of two ways:

1. Click the Material Source Search button.

a. Select the Material Source from the list in the pop-up window.

b. Click Accept.

2. Click the Manual Entry button (with the pencil icon).

a. Type in the name of the material source you need.

b. Click Accept.

Optional: Enter Manual Override Notes in the associated text box explaining why you selected the Material Source override option.

b. For material requirements that do have pre-populated proctors:

i. Select the Proctor Selection section. This will pull up the proctor selection pop-up.

ii. Select your proctor from the list of applicable proctors within the proctor list.

iii. Accept your proctor.

Note: This will automatically populate the Material Source.

4. Make sure that the Lift Thickness information is correct.

a. Check the pre-populated Lift Thickness number.

i. If the number needs to be changed, manually change it in the associated text box.

5. Enter the Test Depth for your report in the associated text box.
